What Is the Senior Squad?

I want to give you an incredible and unique senior year experience. The Senior Squad is a group of girls from all of the local high schools around Palisade, Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs, Rifle and Silt, that will come together to represent Breelle Hilsenrath Photography!

Starting in the Spring of your junior year, we will spend the next few months doing amazing photoshoots, having team bonding sessions, volunteering together and always supporting and encouraging one another. You will also receive perks and rewards for being part of the Senior Squad and representing Breelle Hilsenrath Photography (more details below!) I want to create a one of a kind experience that you will look back on. Where you make friends, fun memories and of course get gorgeous portraits in return! I will be focused on spoiling you this year and giving you tons of fun goodies that will last for a lifetime.

I’m not looking for the ‘most popular’ or “prettiest girl” (what’s that mean, anyways!?) I am looking for enthusiastic people who will take advantage of the senior program and tell their friends! THAT. SIMPLE.

As a senior model and rep your ultimate goal will be to promote Breelle Hilsenrath Photography and raise awareness to your friends, upcoming seniors & peers! NO SALES REQUIRED. I just want you to show them your experience with me and speak a little bit of who I am and how amazing your senior portrait experience was with me.

• You must be a 2020 graduating senior.

• You must live within 75 miles to New Castle, CO (Not sure if you qualify? Just ask!)

• Must be a positive role model for the community, your friends, and your school. 

• Have great style (If not we can help!), an outgoing personality and enjoy being in front of the camera. 

• Must do a full senior session with BHP

So you want in? Well, here’s what it takes to join BHP’s Senior Squad!

You MUST take your senior portraits with Breelle Hilsenrath Photography – this is not included in the Squad Fee.

Attend a parent/Senior information Meeting

Sign the Senior Squad Agreement

Represent ONLY Breelle Hilsenrath Photography for the 2019 – 2020 school year.

Share your images + experience on social media

Have your parents or legal guardians sign a model release form & all senior rep forms.

**Legal guardian and you must do consult either via video chat or dinner with me to discuss the requirements in person!

You and your parents must agree to promote ONLY Breelle Hilsenrath Photography for your SENIOR portraits from the time of acceptance through the entire school year, including the summer before senior year.

Whew, that was a lot… Let me break those steps down to join the senior squad for you again!

• Application – This just helps me get to know you and make sure that this is a good fit for you, since it can be a little bit of a time commitment. I want to make it very clear that I do NOT ask for a photo of you in the application process. I am not looking for the “prettiest” girls at the school (whatever that means anyways…) I am all about finding girls of all shapes and sizes to represent my brand!

• Parent Meeting – This is where we can go over all the details and requirements for being on the Squad. I will contact you shortly after receiving your application so that we can get you scheduled for one of the parent meeting via Skype or a dinner or coffee date!

• Senior Squad Agreement – The Senior Squad Agreement helps ensure that we are all on the same page. Once this is signed by you, a parent and myself, you will be an OFFICIAL member of the 2020 Senior Squad!

• Your Senior Session – you will still be required to pay for your senior session, as any other senior would do. Signing up for the Senior Squad just means you pay the $150 for the Senior Squad Fee and will get the creative fee for my senior sessions WAIVED. This means you will only have to pay for your digital portraits that YOU PICK or the products you pick (average investment seniors spend is $400-$900)!

• Share your images + experience on social media – just tell your friends how you felt being pampered as a Senior Squad Member this year!

Terms and Conditions

Senior models will be responsible for paying for a sitting fee with an opportunity to earn that session absolutely free. Session Fees start at $150 which is due at the time of signing. (this covers the session time, editing time, a sneak peek on Facebook and Instagram, an in person ordering session at my studio, and an online proofing gallery) or $250 with hair and makeup.  Each referral booking session will gain you free images, prints and/or Cash Back incentives. You only receive credit for referrals during the duration of the referral program, which runs from April 1st, 2019 – March 1st, 2020). Your initial scheduled senior session must be completed before July 31st, 2019 in order to have ample time to get referrals.  Parents or legal guardians of the Senior Rep must sign a model release, allowing us to use your images for advertising purposes.  Each referral will gain you $50 that can be used to reimburse your sitting fee or go towards your order. You are receiving a large discount for being my rep & gaining other perks that regular clients don’t have the opportunity to receive.  You will be added into a model rep exclusive Facebook group, so Facebook is required. Each rep is required to post EVERY two weeks on Facebook or Instagram and tag Breelle Hilsenrath Photography! 

Interested students should submit all information by July 31st, 2019.  Models will be chosen carefully by Breelle Hilsenrath Photography after looking at all forms of social media & other aspects of the application to choose the perfect seniors for my class of 2020 Senior Squad. If your page is private, I will send a request to follow. Models will be contacted directly if chosen and also announced on the Breelle Hilsenrath Photography Instagram and Facebook page upon your commitment to the program!
